Farm Schnapps Blueberry Brandy
Farm Schnapps is a one-of-a-kind spirit made from estate-grown Victoria Island Farms blueberries harvested, fermented & distilled on-site. More than 1,000 pounds of fresh fruit were used to make this small batch blueberry brandy that was aged in honeyed American oak barrels and finished with additional oak stave maturation for a richly layered flavor profile.
Tasting Notes: A delicate fruit wine body is complemented by streaks of honey, cinnamon, sugared oak, baking spice and bourbon vanilla with a warm, round finish.
This batch one of one California fruit brandy marks the latest release from the seasonal Sabbatical “Harvest Series” and is available in very limited quantities exclusively in 200 ML flask bottles while supplies last.
