2. E-Commerce Terms for Bottle Shop Orders:

a. AGE VERIFICATION: By purchasing from this store you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to provide a valid, government-issued ID at time of order pickup.

b. DAILY ORDER LIMITS: California State Law limits the quantity of distilled spirits sold by a craft distillery to a MAXIMUM OF 6 BOTTLES @750ML PER CONSUMER PER DAY for pickup orders and a maximum of 3 BOTTLES @750ML PER CONSUMER PER DAY for orders shipped directly. By purchasing from this store you confirm that no more than the maximum limits per customer with valid government ID will be available for pickup/receipt per day.

c. PICKUP ORDER INVENTORY & RETURN DETAILS: In the event that an order is placed and pickup is not made in compliance with our purchase terms, items are guaranteed to be held for 30 days following the originally scheduled pickup time. After this period, reserved items may be returned to inventory. If you’d like to cancel your pickup order and receive a refund please contact us within 30 days of original order. After this period, refunds cannot be issued on allocated or limited release items that are no longer in stock. Please contact us by responding to your order confirmation email, calling us or sending your request to shop@drinksabbatical.com
