Visit our distillery bottle shop and tasting room for a complementary tasting today! All Sabbatical spirits are available for purchase at the bottle shop along with custom merchandise & seasonal farm-grown products. We currently offer tastings of our local whiskeys, gin, vodkas and more free of charge to share the Sabbatical difference with you. No reservations required for tasting at the bar. Appointments required for distillery tours (walk-ins are accepted if space is available).
Order Sabbatical for pickup or shipping: shop online and select Store Pickup at checkout for easy grab & go from the bottle shop or have your spirits delivered straight to your doorstep anywhere in California via UPS.
Farm Stand: discover a rotating selection of farm-direct goods at our distillery shop including local honey (try our bourbon barrel & blueberry infused flavors), blueberry cheesecake ice cream (seasonal), pistachios and more. Visit during the summer harvest season (May-June) for our famous blueberry U-Pick experience with acres of fresh fruit open to the public from our distillery’s backyard on Victoria Island Farms.
Don’t miss the chance to fill your own bottle of bourbon straight from the barrel! Exclusive distillery experience takes you behind the scenes while you bottle, label and leave with your batch 1/1 bottle to enjoy cask strength bourbon as a member of the distillery team. Available during all open shop hours, advance purchase optional.
🫐 Our Blueberry U-Pick season is now over but other Victoria Island farm goods including blueberry cheesecake ice cream made locally at Brentwood Ice Cream Co. are available from our on-site Farm Stand for a limited time.

We are located on Victoria Island Farms in the California Bay Delta. During the summer harvest season (May-July) be sure to add some time to pick your own fresh blueberries from the distillery’s backyard. More info on Victoria Island Farms can be found here.
Directions: California Highway 4 runs right through the middle of our island. Once you have crossed either bridge on to Victoria Island, exit to the north from CA-4 on the driveway leading to the building with the big sign that says SABBATICAL (not the driveway just to the west, which leads to the farm office). Parking is available directly in front of the Sabbatical building sign during open hours. Come on in. We recommend using Google Maps for the best navigation directions.
