When do I get the goods?
Your first order will be fulfilled for the current quarter immediately at the time of signing up. Your next Club Box will be processed 3 months after the original join date with a new selection of items, continuing on a quarterly basis for a maximum of 4 orders in a calendar year. You can adjust your order schedule any time by letting us know the new preferred quarterly date

Is it a good deal?

How do I receive my order?
Membership boxes are available for store pickup or shipping in California. You will select a default option during checkout. You may adjust your fulfillment preference by letting us know ahead of your next order

What if I don't live in California?
Unfortunately we are currently only authorized to ship spirits in state. However, if you’ll be in town in the future and would like us to hold your items until then, we’ll keep your goods in our temperature controlled storage until you’re ready to collect, free of charge

How do I manage my subscription?
You will be asked to create an account when signing up that will give you a member login to view your subscription details, check your next order date, update information, change payment details, or cancel at any time

What if I want a quick break?
Let us know in advance of your next order if you need to skip 1 quarterly cycle. no problem

Can I gift a membership to someone else?
Yes! Great idea! You can subscribe to the Club and have boxes delivered to a lucky (21+) someone in California right now. Log back into your account to cancel the subscription after your desired # of boxes are sent. Leave us a note at checkout to leave out payment information or add a custom gift message

When do I get my free tours?
1/4 of your annual free tours (varies based on membership level) are available to redeem immediately at the time of signup with the remainder accruing to your account with each subsequent Club order. If you don’t use all of your tours in a given year, they will roll over to the following year. To request a free booking, please use our member submission form

How do I use my member discount?
If you join as a Best of Class or Double Gold member, your everyday discount at the distillery bottle shop is available immediately. Just show up with photo ID matching your account and enjoy the savings
