Our latest release of this often sold out barrel finished whiskey style is full of complexity both in profile and the process that led us here. Batch #5 is bottled at 47.5% ABV / 95 Proof and includes multiple bourbon barrels with similar yet unique journeys, including the introduction of a Triple Oak cask! The backbone of this limited bottling features bourbon that was aged first in a New American Oak cask for over 5 years followed by 5 months in a French Oak ex-Port cask and then went into an all-new charred American Oak barrel for 6 months of maturation before bottling for a total barrel aging period of over 6 years.

Aged over 7 years and bottled at 90 Proof, say hello to our oldest barrel finished whiskey yet. Batch No. 6 is a very limited expression of Sabbatical Straight Bourbon aged in a combination of hand-selected new American oak barrels & French oak casks that previously held tawny port.
Luxuriously smooth with notes of rich honey vanilla, dark oak with a hint of tart cherries and cinnamon spice, complemented by a velvety mouthfeel & deep ruby hue thanks to an in-depth barrel finishing experience. Complex and bursting with flavor, our latest batch of this popular cask finished style is a true sipping whiskey ready to enjoy for the season.
