Luxuriously smooth with notes of rich honey vanilla, dark oak with a hint of tart cherries and cinnamon spice, complemented by a velvety mouthfeel & deep ruby hue thanks to an in-depth barrel finishing experience. Complex and bursting with flavor, our latest batch of this popular cask finished style is a true sipping whiskey ready to enjoy for the season.

Each batch of this premium expression is made by hand from select barrels that are carefully blended and proofed to allow the maximum flavor to shine in every bottle, representing a singular moment in time where the influence of distinct styles & wood combine for added layers of depth & nuance.

Sabbatical is dedicated to sustainable business practices. We use biodegradable shippers made from recycled paper, “Eco” bottle caps produced using sugar cane with a zero-carbon footprint manufacturing process and we encourage you to re-use or recycle our bottles, caps and boxes.

Save your empties! When you’re all out of the good stuff, bring back your empty bottles for the Sabbatical Bottle Recycling Program where they will be transformed into our custom recycled Rocks Glasses! Every bottle returned earns you a discount at the shop.
